They Upgraded us to the Ritz Carlton Suite which had some of the most amazing views of the Nile and the Citys views. They have some shops and I must say they had the best prices than the outside haggling Bazaars. Have a look at their goods once. A wide choice of restaurants and Food. Happy smiling staff

We had a phenomenal 4-day stay at the Nile Ritz Carlton last week. In particular, this was the best service from staff Ive ever received in a hotel; it really felt like every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Our two young children had a wonderful time, and connecting rooms overlooking the Nile was the perfect set-up for our sleeping arrangements. Super comfy beds and pillows. Pool was great, lunch in the lobby bar was very reasonably-priced and delicious, and we really enjoyed the dinner buffet in Culina.

I didn't like anything because of my experience with your staff. The hotel sold my room to someone else and I stayed in a cabin after paying 500 Euro for one night. terrible. and I have been offered massage instead of refund or a real apologise.
